    Tapioca Pudding w/ Chocolate eh churros

    Tapioca Pudding with 
    'TSOKOLATE EH' churros 


    Taploca Pudding
    1 bx Minute Tapioca Pudding(in the red box)
    1 Follow instructions in the package
    2 spoon into glass cups or bowls
    3 garnish with fresh fruit in season

    Tsokolate Eh Churros
    6 sheets filo pasty
    butter
    sugar

    Ganache Mix
    1 Cup cream
    1 Cup Belgian Chocolate
    1 Boil cream and pour in chopped chocolate
    2 cool until firm to pipe or spread
    3 lay out filo sheet on a tray
    4 brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar
    5 pipe cold ganache on the bottom of sheet
    6 roll up tight like cigar
    7 brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar
    8 bake in 350F oven untel golden brown(about 10 minutes)
