Grilled Ribs with Pico de Gallo

2 lbs. spare ribs
3/4 cups dark soy sauce
Juice of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cups pico de gallo

Procedures:
  • Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, chili powder, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Place the ribs in a sealable bag. Pour in the mixture and then marinate for at least 6 hours.
  • Make basting sauce to pour the remaining marinade in a bowl. Add the tomato sauce. Stir.
  • Roast the ribs for about 8-10 minutes on each side. You can rotate the ribs to prevent dry or burnt. Be sure to baste when turning ribs. Transfer to a serving platter. Serve with pico de gallo.
